These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MolWard website, applications, and APIs (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by MolWard LLC ("MolWard", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, submitting a chemical structure, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to both you and the organization.
MolWard is currently offered as a free Beta service. Features, pricing, availability, and the scope of free access may change as the Platform matures. We will provide registered users with at least 30 days' notice by email before transitioning any feature from the Beta program to a paid subscription tier. Beta participants may be eligible for early-adopter pricing at our discretion, as described in our FAQ Services.
You may use MolWard's Degradation, Stability, and Toxicology tools for your own research, regulatory, and product-development purposes. You agree not to:
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at contact@molward.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
MolWard's predictions — degradation pathways, theoretical spectra, ICH Q1E shelf-life projections, ICH M7 structural alerts, statistical QSAR scores, nitrosamine CPCA limits, hERG cardiotoxicity advisories, and any AI-drafted interpretation or narrative — are in silico, computational estimates. They are intended to support, not replace, required experimental forced-degradation studies, stability programs, and in vitro/in vivo toxicology testing. Every report and on-screen result is a draft for review by a qualified, experienced scientist before it is relied upon for any regulatory, safety, or business decision. MolWard is never a substitute for the ICH M7 expert opinion or for professional regulatory advice.
The Platform, including its software, reaction-rule libraries, trained models, report templates, and branding, is the property of MolWard LLC and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform as intended; they do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You retain all rights to the chemical structures and data you submit.
MolWard's backend is built on a zero-retention architecture: structures you submit are processed in volatile memory for the duration of the request and are not written to disk or logged. Generated reports carry a unique Report ID and a SHA-256 integrity hash for tamper-evidence; our audit trail records only non-sensitive metadata (report ID, hash, timestamps, tool used) and never the underlying chemical structure. See our Privacy Policy Security & Zero-Retention Scientific Methodology Release Notes for full detail on what we collect and why.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MolWard LLC and its contributors shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, or misinterpretations arising from use of the Platform or its outputs, nor for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. You assume full responsibility for independently verifying and interpreting all results before relying on them for publication, regulatory submission, or any other critical purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Beta program or a given feature, with notice where reasonably practicable. You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time, particularly as the Beta program evolves toward general availability. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users or via a notice on the Platform. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute arising from these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to contact@molward.com or by mail to MolWard LLC, 600 W Peachtree St NW, Suite 1700, PMB 70138, Atlanta, GA 30308.
