A legal disclaimer

The information provided by the MolWard application (the "Service") is generated using in silico (computational) predictive modeling.

  • Experimental Verification Required: All results—including degradation pathways, nitrosamine risk assessments (ICH M7), and predicted MS/UV spectra—are theoretical. These results must not be used as a substitute for physical laboratory testing or validated experimental data.

  • Regulatory Compliance: While MolWard is designed to assist with ICH M7 and FDA/EMA screening, use of this tool does not guarantee regulatory approval. The user is solely responsible for ensuring that all data submitted to regulatory bodies is validated according to 21 CFR Part 11 or other applicable standards.

  • No Medical Advice: The Service does not provide medical or pharmacological advice. It is a research tool intended for use by qualified scientists and professionals.

  • It is strongly recommended that all results obtained using this tool be independently verified and thoroughly reviewed by a qualified and experienced scientist before being used for any decision-making, publication, or other critical purpose. The authors and distributors of this code shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or misinterpretations arising from the use of this code or the results generated therefrom. Users assume full responsibility for the use and interpretation of the code and its output. Generative AI is experimental.

Terms & Conditions

A. Intellectual Property

  1. Ownership: The algorithms, SMARTS patterns, UI design, and proprietary "MolWard" branding are the exclusive property of MolWard.

  2. User Data: Users retain ownership of the chemical structures they input. However, MolWard may store anonymized data (stripped of user ID) to improve the predictive accuracy of the models.

B. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MolWard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, drug recalls, loss of production, or regulatory fines) arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

Crucial Clause: "The user acknowledges that chemical prediction is inherently probabilistic. You agree that MolWard’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount of tokens purchased by you in the 12 months preceding the claim."

C. User Responsibilities

  • Users agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer the SMARTS patterns or scraper tools used in the Service.

  • Users are responsible for the accuracy of the input data (SMILES/IUPAC names).
