Privacy Policy

A legal disclaimer

Welcome to the MolWard Beta Test. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the data you share with us as we work together to refine the future of in silico stability analysis.

1. What type of information do we collect?

During this beta phase, we collect two types of information:

  • Personal Information: This includes the email address and name you provide during sign-up to create your beta account.

  • Non-Personal/Scientific Information: This includes the chemical structures (SMILES strings or IUPAC names) you input into the MolWard engine, as well as technical metadata (IP address, browser type, and time spent on the app) collected via standard web analytics.

  •

2. How do we collect information?

We receive, collect, and store information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way.

  • Direct Input: When you register for the beta or input a molecule for analysis.

  • Automated Tools: We use software tools (such as cookies or web beacons) to measure and collect session information, including page response times and interaction information.

  •

3. Why do we collect such information?

As a beta participant, your data is essential for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and operate the Services: To perform the degradation and nitrosamine risk calculations you request.

  2. To improve the Algorithm: To identify "Code Errors" (which trigger your token refunds) and refine our SMARTS-based chemical logic.

  3. To Communicate: To send you technical updates, beta-test feedback surveys, and service-related notices.

  4. To comply with laws: To adhere to any applicable data protection regulations.

  5.

4. How do we store, use, and share your scientific data?

We understand that chemical structures are sensitive assets.

  • Storage: Our application is hosted on secure cloud servers. Your personal information and account data are encrypted.

  • Sharing: We do not sell your personal information or your chemical structures to third parties.

  • Confidentiality: During the beta test, chemical structures are stored in our logs primarily to debug execution errors. Access to these logs is restricted to the lead developer for the purpose of fixing "Refund-on-Error" triggers.

  •

5. How do we communicate with our site visitors?

We may contact you via email to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with a specific "token run," to poll your opinions through surveys, or to send updates about the MolWard platform.

6. Are there different tiers of users?

During this Beta Test phase, there is no differentiation of users. All participants are governed by this same policy, regardless of the number of tokens purchased or runs performed.

7. How can you withdraw your consent?

If you no longer wish for us to process your data, please contact us at contact.molward@gmail.com. We will delete your account and, upon request, purge your historical chemical input logs from our debugging database.

8. Privacy Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated.

9. Questions and Contact Information

If you would like to: access, correct, amend or delete any personal information we have about you, you are invited to contact our Data Protection Officer at contact.molward@gmail.com.
